Seriously...

I'd like to apologize for the lack of updates. It's been pretty much the perfect confluence of anti-updating events — increased pressures at work, other writing obligations and summer time.

While I certainly enjoy updating the blog, I'd much rather go to the lake, spend time with my girlfriend and friends or cook on the grill then I have discourse about current events, sports, entertainment and what Michael Jackson's best song is.

So, that's my update. I promise things will get back to the way they were eventually — one to multiple updates per date with lots of comments and arguing.

For now though, I'll do my best. After five years, I'm not going out like this.
